1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using the Arty platform, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
2. Service Description
Arty is a free platform connecting beauty professionals (barbers) with clients. We facilitate appointment bookings and communication between parties. All bookings are completely free with no deposits or payments required through the platform.
3. User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to provide accurate, current information and update it as necessary. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.
4. Barber Registration
Barber registration is currently restricted to South Korea only. Barbers must provide valid business certificates and accurate location information. All barber profiles are subject to admin approval before activation.
5. Reservation System
Reservations are completely free with instant confirmation. To prevent abuse, users are limited to 3 reservations per day across all barbers, with a maximum of 1 reservation per barber per day. All service payments are handled directly between clients and barbers in-person at the barbershop.
6. Cancellation Policy
Reservations can be cancelled anytime by either party with no financial penalty, as bookings are completely free. Users who repeatedly book and cancel appointments may face account restrictions to prevent abuse of the free booking system.
7. Payment Terms
Users can message barbers anytime through the platform. Barbers may block customers from messaging and booking if needed. Messages should remain professional and respectful. Users can report inappropriate messages to platform administrators for review.
8. User Conduct
Users must not post offensive, illegal, or misleading content. Harassment, discrimination, or abusive behavior is prohibited. Violation may result in account suspension or termination.
9. Intellectual Property
Content uploaded by users remains their property, but users grant Arty a license to display and distribute content on the platform. Arty's brand, design, and software are protected by intellectual property laws.
10. Limitation of Liability
Arty acts as a free platform connecting barbers and clients. We are not responsible for the quality of services provided, disputes between parties, injuries occurring at barbershops, or payment arrangements made between barbers and clients. Use of the platform is at your own risk.
11. Service Modifications
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time. We will provide reasonable notice of significant changes.
12. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of South Korea. Any disputes will be resolved in Korean courts.
