We share your information with barbers you book or message (name, contact info, reservation details, messages), service providers (Firebase, Google Cloud Platform for hosting), and as required by law or to protect our rights.
4. Data Storage and Security
Your data is stored on Google Cloud Platform (Firebase Firestore) with encryption in transit and at rest. We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your information, including messages exchanged on the platform.
5. Your Rights
You have the right to access your personal data, correct inaccurate information, request deletion of your account and data, opt out of promotional communications, and withdraw consent for data processing where applicable.
6. Location Data
We collect location data to show nearby barbers, verify barber business locations (South Korea only), and improve search results. You can disable location services in your device settings, though this may limit platform functionality.
7. Photos and Content
Photos you upload (profile pictures, style posts) are stored on Firebase Storage and may be displayed publicly on the platform. You retain ownership of your content but grant us a license to use, display, and distribute it on the platform.
8. Cookies and Tracking
We use Firebase Analytics to understand platform usage, improve user experience, and monitor performance. You can opt out of analytics tracking in your device settings.
9. Children's Privacy
Our service is not intended for users under 18 years old. We do not knowingly collect information from children. If we discover we have collected data from a child, we will delete it immediately.

Our service is primarily operated in South Korea. By using Arty, you consent to the transfer and processing of your data in South Korea and other countries where our service providers operate.
